Shipment Policy

5.1 Shipping Carrier

All orders are shipped via Yurtiçi Kargo, our contracted shipping partner.

5.2 Delivery Time

Standard Shipping: Orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days.
Once dispatched, delivery is completed within 2–4 business days.
Accordingly, the total delivery time is 2–6 business days, depending on the destination.

5.3 Free Shipping

Free shipping is available on all orders.

5.4 Damaged or Lost Shipments

Customers are required to inspect the package in the presence of the courier upon delivery.
If any damage is detected, a damage report must be prepared with the courier.
Following notification, necessary actions will be taken within 3 business days to resolve the issue.
