WARRANTY AND RETURN POLICY
This Warranty and Return Policy applies to products purchased through www.trefir.com.
RETURN PERIOD For products purchased from Trefir, you may request a return within 30 days from the date you received the product.
RETURN CONDITIONS Products to be returned must meet the following requirements:
- Must be unworn and unused,
- Must not have been used outdoors,
- Tags must not have been removed,
- Must be sent with the original box and packaging,
- Must be in a resalable condition. Submission of the invoice or proof of purchase belonging to the order is mandatory for the return process.
HOW TO CREATE A RETURN REQUEST? You can initiate your return request in two ways:
- You can create a return request by selecting the product or order you wish to return from your order page.
- You can contact us through any channel on our contact page. For approved returns, return shipping procedures and shipping instructions will be sent to you. SHIPPING AND RETURN FEES The return shipping cost belongs to the BUYER unless otherwise stated. Free return conditions offered during campaigns or special periods are limited only to the respective campaign duration and terms.
DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR INCORRECT PRODUCTS Please check the product when you receive your order. If the product is damaged, defective, or incorrectly sent, you must contact us as soon as possible from the date of delivery. In this case, the return shipping cost will be covered by Trefir.
NON-RETURNABLE PRODUCTS Returns are not accepted for the following products:
- Used, worn, or shoes used outdoors,
- Products with removed tags or damaged packaging,
- Custom-made or personalized products,
- Gift cards.
EXCHANGE Direct product exchanges are not performed at Trefir. If you have an exchange request, you must return the product and create a new order after the return is approved.
LEGAL RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL In accordance with Law No. 6502 on the Protection of Consumers, consumers have the right to withdraw within 14 days from the date of product delivery without providing any justification. For returns made within the scope of the right of withdrawal, it is mandatory that the product be unused, tagged, and in its original packaging.
REFUND Your return request will be finalized after the returned product reaches us and is inspected. If the return is approved, the payment amount will be refunded to the payment method used during the order within a maximum of 10 business days. Trefir is not responsible for delays caused by banks and payment institutions. If the refund has not occurred despite 15 business days passing since the return approval, you can contact us.
