DISTANCE SALES AGREEMENT
PARTIES This Agreement has been established electronically between the parties specified below, in accordance with the provisions of Law No. 6502 on the Protection of Consumers and the Regulation on Distance Contracts.
BUYER: Full Name: Address: The person who registers as a customer at www.trefir.com or shops without registering. The address and contact information declared during the order are taken as the basis.

DEFINITIONS In the application of this Agreement; MINISTER: The Minister of Trade, MINISTRY: The Ministry of Trade, LAW: The Law No. 6502 on the Protection of Consumers, REGULATION: The Regulation on Distance Contracts, SELLER: The company offering goods to consumers within the scope of commercial or professional activities, BUYER: The real or legal person purchasing a product for non-commercial or non-professional purposes, SITE: The website with the domain name www.trefir.com, AGREEMENT: This Distance Sales Agreement, GOODS: Refers to the shoes and accessory products subject to the sale.
SUBJECT This Agreement regulates the rights and obligations of the parties regarding the sale and delivery of shoe products ordered by the BUYER electronically through the SELLER's website www.trefir.com. The prices listed on the site are the sales prices. The SELLER reserves the right to cancel or correct orders in case of technical errors, systemic problems, or obvious price inaccuracies. If the delivery of the product becomes impossible due to stock or supply issues, the order may be canceled by informing the BUYER.

SUBJECT OF THE AGREEMENT PRODUCT INFORMATION Basic features of the products (model, size, color, quantity, brand) are available on www.trefir.com. The BUYER accepts that they have examined the product information and checked the suitability of the product before ordering.
INVOICE INFORMATION Full Name / Title: Address: Email: The invoice is sent to the email address as an electronic invoice or delivered with the product.
DELIVERY AND PERFORMANCE Ordered products are delivered to the BUYER's address via a courier company, not exceeding the legal period of 30 days. The SELLER is not responsible for delays caused by the courier company.
RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL The BUYER may exercise the right of withdrawal within 14 days from the date of receipt of the product without providing any justification. To exercise the right of withdrawal, the product must:
- Be unused,
- Not be worn outdoors,
- Have its original box and packaging intact,
- Be in a resalable condition. The return shipping cost belongs to the BUYER.
PRODUCTS FOR WHICH THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL CANNOT BE EXERCISED
- Used shoes or shoes worn outdoors,
- Custom-made or size-modified products,
- Products not suitable for return due to hygiene reasons.
DEFAULT If the BUYER fails to fulfill the payment obligation, the SELLER has the right to cancel the order or seek legal remedies.
AUTHORIZED COURT In disputes arising from this agreement, Consumer Arbitration Committees and Consumer Courts in the BUYER's place of residence are authorized.
EFFECTIVENESS When the BUYER places an order through www.trefir.com, they are deemed to have accepted all the terms of this agreement.
